Established in 2013 buy Sam Green, Green Surveying has built a reputation for providing a highly professional service with a friendly and collaborative approach to Quantity Surveying. Our experienced and dedicated team, based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, is able to deliver an effective and efficient service to existing and new clients.
Green Surveying offers a wide range of associated construction consultancy services from Quantity Surveying and Commercial and Contract Management through to development appraisals, dispute resolution and Recruitment.
Green Surveying can demonstrate an extensive portfolio of building projects ranging from single, one-off residential dwellings and housing estates to schools and commercial premises.
With a pro-active and experienced team of Quantity Surveyors, the Company has the ability to offer a flexible approach whether a simple minor works scheme or a multi-million pound project. We have the ability to integrate within a professional team or provide a full single source service.
The Company enjoys a high proportion of repeat business from existing public and private sector clients. Current and past clients include local authorities, private individuals, charities, independent and state funded schools, business and property developers.
Whilst located in West Sussex, we undertake and welcome enquiries from all over the United Kingdom.
Green Surveying is a Chartered Surveying practice regulated by the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors
We hold all necessary Public, Professional and Employers Liability Insurance
and can provide Certificates and schedules upon request.
